JORDON JAMES ALLEN FOUND GUILTY AFTER DENYING OFFENCE


Jordon James Allen (23), of Blissett Road, New Parks, Leicester, was proven guilty after denying offence.

He was charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him on November 1, 2014. Allen was given a community order, including 200 hours of unpaid work to be completed within the next 12 months, and was ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £640 costs.
