PAUL ROBERT HALFORD PLEADS GUILTY TO STEALING FROM SHOPS.

Paul Robert Halford (61), of Modbury Avenue, Red Hill Way, Leicester, pleaded guilty to stealing three packs of razor blades, a packet of sausages and a packet of poppadoms worth £72.49 from Asda, Exploration Drive, Leicester, on December 29. He was given a community order including six months treatment for alcohol dependency, an activity requirement to attend appointments or take part in activities for up to 10 days and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge. Suspended offences activated by the theft and included in the sentence were: stealing Lego sets worth £89.98 from The Entertainer, Haymarket Shopping Centre, on July 28 and two travel concession cards on August 12.
